Resort Rules & Regulations

Rules and Regulations are important to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at our Resort.
Please abide by these rules.
A copy is in all the accommodations and copies are available at the office for our campground guests.

The minimum booking age for accommodations in BC is 19 (legal age).

Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you are still enjoying the outdoors after this time, please lower the volume or move inside.

Smoking policy: The Resort is a 100% non smoking facility.  No smoking or vaping anywhere on the resort grounds or in any of the buildings. Anyone seen smoking on the Resort grounds will be given 1 reminder. If it happens again, the guest will be asked to vacate the accommodation and leave the Resort. See our FAQ section for more information.

Dock use: the dock is strictly for boarding and disembarking watercrafts. No fishing, diving, sunbathing, or hanging around the dock. Children (12 and under) must be accompanied by an adult and wearing a life-vest if walking on the dock. The lake can be accessed from the beach for swimming.

No glass on the property: transfer beverages that come in glass into a plastic cup before stepping outside to ensure our property remains free of broken glass.

Campfires: carefully review campfire regulations in your accommodation as we strictly enforce this rule. Any burning or hot campfire left unattended will be extinguished and you will automatically loose campfire privileges for the remainder of your stay. Guests are permitted to bring their own propane campfire pits and tanks.  Propane tanks can be refilled at the Forest Grove gas station (12km from the Resort).
